Responsibilities

  • Ability to inspire people throughout the company to support a culture focused on providing excellent member service
  • Talent for delivering strategic and operational value to the organization
  • Knowledge of regulatory issues impacting Human Resources
  • Aptitude for developing and inspiring staff performance and managing productive business partner relationships
  • Managing and supporting the Human Resources, Facilities, Talent and Training/Development departments
  • Building and supporting a culture that supports the People of Greater Nevada through leadership and motivation

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work positively and cooperatively with staff on all levels
