    Greater Nevada Credit Union is seeking an experienced Manager with a proven track record of leading an efficient branch and achieving growth and financial performance goals.  Candidates must possess highly effective staff leadership and motivational skills and will have experience building successful financial service relationships with consumers and business owners.  

    Responsibilities

    • Efficient and effective operation of a financial institution branch.
    • Leading and motivating a successful sales team that offers quality financial products and services to consumers and businesses.
    • Seeking and developing new consumer and business relationships while strengthening and retaining existing relationships.
    • Consistently achieves growth and financial performance goals.
    • Participation in community events that support and improve the communities we serve.

    Qualifications

    • Previous financial institution branch management experience
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Effective community relations skills
    • Business growth and development skills
    • Ability to plan, organize and achieve individual and branch specific goals
    • Effective coaching, leadership and  motivational abilities

     

    Desired Skills:

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Word/Excel/Outlook)
    • Knowledge of credit union operations
