We are looking for an independent self-starter that demonstrates a high level of enthusiasm and energy. Applicants must be able to take ownership to be able to effectively convert employee referrals into financial planning appointments.

    • Scheduling appointments with members
    • Analyzing, sorting, and delivering incoming mail and providing telephone coverage
    • Typing memos and correspondence, managing calendars and providing clerical support to assigned Financial Services Coordinator



    • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Programs (Word/Excel/Outlook)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven ability to prioritize workloads
    • Strong independent worker
    • Detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills


    Desired Skills:

    • Experience supporting a Financial Advisor
