    Responsibilities

    • Recommending and selling appropriate products and services while processing a variety of financial transactions
    • Improving the financial lives of our members through quality referrals to Greater Nevada teammates

    Qualifications

    • Previous customer/member service experience
    • Previous experience selling or referring products or services
    • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Effective relationship building skills
    • Exhibits friendly and outgoing personality
    • Enjoy working directly with the public

    Desired Skills:

    • Ability to identify member financial needs
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Programs (Word/Excel)
    • Previous banking/financial institution experience
    • Problem solving skills
    • Cash handling experience
