    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and assist with Greater Nevada’s marketing activities and acting as the department’s point of contact for marketing requests for credit union, mortgage, commercial lending and insurance business entities
    • Coordinate and implement marketing activities with responsibilities that include content development, print collateral production, public relations, branch merchandising, promotional giveaways and incentives, and the acquisition of marketing related collateral, materials and supplies
    • Assist with database marketing, research, digital marketing, community relations and other marketing functions as needed
    • Assist with keeping the marketing plan and calendar up to date and ensure consistency in reporting
    • Coordinate vendor relationships for media buys, design, print, campaign production, promotional items, and digital marketing, and media relationships for public relations.  Monitor adherence to approved content and placement with all advertising and public relations entities

     

    Qualifications

    • Possess general knowledge of marketing, advertising, promotional activities, and public relations functions and maintain up-to-date information related to procedures and reporting guidelines. 
    • Possess a high level of verbal and written skills in order to communicate clearly and concisely with both internal and external audiences. This includes preparing copy for press releases, blogging, and other marketing communication, as well assisting with proof reading and editing.
    • Experience working in a variety of software platforms, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital content management systems.
