    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the Accounting, Member Accounting, Finance and Treasury departments to accomplish organizational business objectives and performance expectations.
    • Provide effective and motivational leadership to staff directly supervised, and to the entire organization as a member of the Senior Management Team.
    • Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate all department initiatives and performance for your areas of responsibility for Greater Nevada.
    • Interact regularly with executive management team to endure operational priorities are aligned with organization objectives and operating requirements.
    • Evaluate the department structure and team plans for your areas of responsibility for continual improvement in the areas of efficiency and effectiveness.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred
    • 5-7 years Accounting/Finance experience in the financial services industry
    • Strong knowledge of Generally Acceptable Accounting Principles
    • Ability to build and lead multiple teams
    • Strong analytical and technology skills
