    Responsibilities

    Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the Information Technology and Project Management departments to accomplish organizational business objectives and performance expectations.

     

    Provide effective and motivational leadership to the Information Technology and Project Management departments, and to the entire organization as a member of the Senior Management Team.

     

    Ensures the security and integrity of information systems and data, helping to establish a strong reputation based on member and staff confidence in the systems. 

     

    Responsible for maintaining the Information Security Program and Business Continuity Plan and ensuring organizational wide compliance with the plans. 

     

     

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science preferred

     

    8+ years experience, preferably in a financial institution

     

    Innovative, strategic thinker

     

    Knowledgeable of banking technology and the growing impact of technology and the importance of information security

     

    Ability to provide effective and motivational leadership to the organization
