    Greater Nevada Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Regional Member Service Representative who wants to Be Part of Something Greater! This position will work at various GNCU locations. The successful candidate needs to be willing and able to travel within the Reno, Sparks, Carson, Minden and Dayton areas and work productively with various branch teams. The Regional Member Service Representatives will receive a $400.00/month position premium, plus paid mileage.

     

    Our Regional Member Service Representatives are the face of Greater Nevada Credit Union and therefore must demonstrate our core values in the service they provide to our membership. May be required to work Saturdays and/or extended hours.

    Responsibilities

    The Senior Regional Member Service Representative is responsible for performing and leading sales, service and operations functions within the branch to successfully achieve organizational goals. Incumbents in this position focus on providing quality financial services to members and prospective members and in coaching staff to do the same.

     

    Qualifications

    • Previous financial institution sales, service and operations experience
    • Must be willing and able to travel to multiple work locations as assigned
    • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Effective relationship building skills
    • Exhibits friendly and outgoing personality
    • Enjoy working directly with the public
    • Cash handling experience

    Desired Skills:

    • Ability to identify member financial needs
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Programs (Word/Excel)
    • Problem solving skills
