    Responsibilities

    • Leading and motivating the Branch Sales Team to success in achieving production goals
    • Consistently achieve individual production and performance goals
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with business members
    • Recommending and selling appropriate products and services while processing a variety of financial transactions
    • Improving the financial lives of our members through quality referrals to Greater Nevada teammates

    Qualifications

    • Previous financial institution experience
    • Effective coaching, leadership and motivational abilities
    • Ability to plan, organize and achieve individual and branch specific goals
    • Strong sales skills
    • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Problem solving skills
    • Enjoy working directly with the public
