What You'll Be Doing

Implement and monitor the commercial tickler report as it relates to financials, insurance, UCC’s, and property taxes.

Coordinate the receipt of past due ticklers to ensure loan files are current at all times.

Complete financial spreading and covenant testing.

Perform a quality control review of existing commercial lending reports and boarding of new loan modifications, and renewals to the core system.

The Commercial Credit Administration Support Specialist can be Remote within Nevada, or at one of our office locations in Reno or Carson City, Nevada.

About The Position:
The individual in this role helps ensure the quality of the commercial loan portfolio by certifying that borrowers are meeting the requirements and covenants of their loan. What You'll Be Doing
- Effectively demonstrate our passion and purpose as a non-profit organization by “Helping More People Live Greater.”
- Demonstrate on an individual basis as well as lead branch team to a high level of accuracy related to branch operating procedures to include all types of member transactions including new accounts/account closing, cash handling, dual control, daily work documentation procedures including balancing all work and cash-related transactions.
- Assist Branch Manager with identification of staff performance issues as appropriate.
- Conduct member interviews to assess financial needs; offer appropriate services/products including referrals for the potential sale of a loan and/or products related to loans; offer deposit products and services to help members achieve financial goals.
- Open, close, and service member accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform appropriate override functions for the Member Service Representatives as allowed under core system permissions.
- Apply appropriate procedures and reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.

What You'll Be Doing

- Direct and coordinate the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all revenues and costs incurred are properly recorded and financials are issued for all companies in a timely manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial and regulatory reporting and general ledger structure to maximize the facilitation of current and future reporting requirements. Perform appropriate analysis of all general ledger accounts and financial statements and communicate to management.

- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance. Manage corporate documents that facilitate audits and due diligence.

The Data Engineer is responsible for design, development, management of all of Greater Nevada’s data pipelines, monitoring and architecture. Acts as a technical resource for all data related initiatives, serves as the liaison between the technical teams and the business along with the BI team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Effectively demonstrate our passion and purpose as a non-profit organization by “Helping More People Live Greater."
- Architect, manage, and improve GNCU’s data lake, data warehouse and data marts.
- Responsible for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) of data. This includes creation and sustainment of data pipelines. Responsible for all data collection, processing, storing, etc.
- Responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing scripts and programs to ensure standards across all platforms and to automate data operations.
- Is the owner and authority for troubleshooting actions when issues occur, identifies and documents root cause, devises and implements processes to ensure the overall integrity of data.
- Owns and maintains the data dictionaries, Wiki’s, Knowledge Bases for all data and integrations.
- Available after hours should an emergency situation arise.

Compensation
- $105,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Qualifications
- Python and/or T-SQL: 5+ years experience required
- SQL, Oracle and/or Snowflake: 5+ years experience preferred
- Familiarity with PowerBI and Crystal reports required
- Data Engineer: 3+ years experience preferred
- Information Technology: 8+ years experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Highly proficient with SQL, Snowflake and Oracle.
- Advanced knowledge with programming languages, database management and data warehousing technologies.
- Motivated to stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and methodologies.
- Adept at change management process in support of infrastructure solutions and operational changes.
- Detail oriented with excellent documentation skills.

About The Position:

What You'll Be Doing
- Effectively demonstrate our passion and purpose as a non-profit organization by “Helping More People Live Greater."
- Provides leadership to the marketing team, creating a collaborative and innovative environment. A priority is placed on motivating, guiding, and coaching the team to achieve strategic objectives.
- Oversees day to day marketing operations and manages the production process to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to connect initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Leads the development and implementation of comprehensive acquisition and member cross-sell strategies. This includes digital marketing, advertising (digital and traditional) content marketing, public relations, and direct response campaigns to generate measurable results and drive member engagement.
- Develops and maintains relationships with external partners (service providers) to facilitate marketing campaigns and drive impact.
- Evaluates and adjusts marketing strategies in a timely manner to meet the changing needs of the organization. Develops performance reports explaining how tactics drove measurable outcomes.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing and communications
- 3+ years of experience in managerial or supervisor positions within a marketing team or agency
- Knowledge of financial products and services, general market(s) and overall credit union industry preferred.
- Ability to think strategically and ensure alignment across marketing strategies, organizational goals, and market trends.
- Possess strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness by identifying key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage excellent management, organizational and planning skills to effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with software project management tools like Asana or MS Project is desirable.
- Ability to troubleshoot, brainstorm, analyze, and solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills to develop strong working relationships with our departments.
- Familiar with user experience design principles and delivering customer-focused solutions for all projects.
- Ability to execute marketing projects within the parameters of annually planned budget.
- A commitment to self-education and staying current on industry trends and advancements.
