    The Member Accounting Specialist is responsible for processing member transactions and provide backup as necessary in all finance areas as directed.  Provide transaction processing services to other Greater Nevada companies.

    • Utilize multiple systems and programs to conduct member transaction processing in a manner which results in timely and accurate posting of transactions.
    • Present transaction processing activity to management, including identification of any discrepancies that require additional attention.
    • Process wire transfer requests in accordance with company policy.
    • Assist with management reports as directed.
    • Process ACH transactions for other Greater Nevada companies.


    • Knowledge of ACH, inclearings, and wire transfers (preferred)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
    • Experience processing transactions and identifying discrepancies that require additional attention
    • Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word/ Excel)
