    The Internal Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing, writing and editing relevant and useful organizational communications aimed at generating excitement for company strategies, initiatives or messages. This role will support the implementation of communication strategies with the purpose of promoting business objectives and effectively engaging audiences across all levels in the organization.



    • Research, write, edit and use discretion and independent judgment to determine content of team member publications while ensuring the consistent delivery of the company message; ensure communications are compelling and capture the attention of internal audience.
    • Responsible for the day-to-day content management of our Intranet.
    • Perform research and review various materials and data in support of communication objectives; develop materials for communication projects which support the strategic plan, the department plan, and key programs, events or announcements.



    • Superior written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines while working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
    • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in internal communications 
    • Must be comfortable working both independently and as a team
    • Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining constant level of high quality
    • Must have communications experience.
