    Greater Nevada Credit Union (GNCU) has an opportunity for a Regional Member Service Representative to join the GNCU team! This position will work at various GNCU locations. The successful candidate needs to be willing and able to travel within the Reno, Sparks, Carson, Minden and Dayton areas and work productively with various branch teams. The Regional Member Service Representatives will receive a $400.00/month position premium, plus paid mileage.


    Our Regional Member Service Representatives are the face of Greater Nevada Credit Union and therefore must demonstrate our core values in the service they provide to our membership. May be required to work Saturdays and/or extended hours.

    • Recommending and selling appropriate products and services while processing a variety of financial transactions
    • Providing financial services to members  and prospective members
    • Oversee the daily operational functions of a full-service branch to ensure accurate, timely, and professional service is provided
    • Previous financial institution sales, service and operations experience
    • Must be willing and able to travel to multiple work locations as assigned
    • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills


    • Ability to identify member financial needs
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Programs (Word/Excel)
    • Problem solving skills
