    Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing GNCU members and Greater Nevada Mortgage borrowers through consistent outreach and communication via the phone 
    • Gain insight into member experiences and satisfaction levels to assist with improving processes within the organization
    • Consult with members on how GNCU/GNM products, services and resources can help them live greater
    • Ensure member interactions meet Greater Nevada service standards in accordance to established policies and procedures
    • Assist in maintaining the member information database to ensure personalized service is provided at all times

    Qualifications

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Passion for helping people through sales and service
    • Effective relationship building skills
    • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
    • Detail-oriented and organized
    • Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Excel/Outlook)

     

    Desired Skills:

    • Previous banking/financial institution or retail sales experience
    • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills
