Overview

Greater Nevada Credit Union is looking for a Video Member Service Representative with a passion for Helping More People Live Greater.

 

About The Position:

 

The Video Member Service Representative (VMSR) is responsible for performing service and sales functions through Interactive video Teller Machines (ITMs), telephone and electronic communication channels.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Effectively demonstrate our passion and purpose as a non-profit organization by “Helping More People Live Greater."
  • Serve members in a professional, courteous and efficient manner through prompt handling of teller transactions via the ITM video conferencing system.
  • Seek opportunities to provide members with additional products and services, in support of branch performance goals, via the ITM video conferencing system.
  • Maintain knowledge of all Greater Nevada Credit Union products and services.
  • Apply appropriate procedures and reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.

Department Hours

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm PST
  • Saturday, 8:00am-5:00pm PST

 

Compensation

  • $35,500.00-$49,000.00 per year
  • Competitive compensation and Greater Benefits are part of our deal

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, mouse, multiple monitors, telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time. You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
  • You may be occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
