About The Position:


The Human Resources Administrator role provides and coordinates administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry, safety and talent administration support, and other projects as needed. The Human Resources Administrator will also assist in audit preparation, and process HR reporting.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in all HR audits and collecting relevant information.
  • Assist in Safety Committee minutes and presentation creations.
  • Quality Control of Safety Monthly and Quarterly checklists review and tracking of facilities tickets.
  • Responsible for all Labor Law posters distribution and compliance.
  • Assist Chief People Officer/Vice President of People Resources in any admin Requests and projects.
  • All HR reporting and updating of HR trackers (Monthly, Quarterly, Weekly).
  • Support of the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling interviews and running backgrounds and credit checks.
  • Assists in drafting letters and correspondence.
  • Assist in record accuracy and retention/organization. 
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda.
  • Coordinate training sessions as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1-year Human Resources experience

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Build, navigate and facilitate employee relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • General HR knowledge, federal and state law compliance
  • HRIS administration and processing experience preferred
  • Clerical/administrative and data entry support
  • Detailed oriented
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and computer program skills
  • The ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Good ethical judgment

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time. You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
  • You may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Anything above 40 pounds requires a team lift.

Compensation & Benefits


  • $52,000 - $79,000 per year
  • Compensation is dependent on experience
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans, where we cover 90% of employee costs and about 75% of the costs for their dependents
