Because those connections enable us to live our passion: Helping More People Live Greater. - Effectiveness – We ask each Greater Nevadan to be productive, efficient, and successful at the work they do.   What You'll Be Doing - Effectively demonstrate our passion and purpose as a non-profit organization by “Helping More People Live Greater." - Serve members in a professional, courteous and efficient manner through prompt handling of teller transactions via the ITM video conferencing system. - Seek opportunities to provide members with additional products and services, in support of branch performance goals, via the ITM video conferencing system. - Maintain knowledge of all Greater Nevada Credit Union products and services. - Apply appropriate procedures and reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.   Location   Greater Nevada Credit Union's Reno Operations Center location: Reno Operations Center (ROC) 9790 Gateway Drive Reno, NV 89521 United States   Department Hours - Monday through Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm PST - Saturday, 8:00am-5:00pm PST   Compensation - $35,500.00-$49,000.00 per year - Competitive compensation and Greater Benefits are part of our deal   Preferred Qualifications   Skills - Excellent communication skills - Analytical and problem solving skills - Previous customer/member service experience - Previous experience selling or referring products or services - Effective relationship building skills - Strong multitasking skills with accuracy   Competencies - Communicates Effectively - Customer Focus - Resourcefulness - Demonstrates self-awareness - Technological Savvy   Physical Demands - While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, mouse, multiple monitors, telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time.
